What people ask us most

Where do you pick us up?

Wherever you are staying in Mérida: hotel, Airbnb or house. We can also pick you up at the airport or the bus station: just tell us your flight or arrival time when you book.

What does the price include?

Private transportation only, round trip, in an SUV just for your group. Entrance fees, food and drinks are not included and are paid at each place.

Is the price per person?

No, it's per group: the same price for 1 to 4 people. For 5 or 6, add $1,000 MXN in total. The SUV fits up to 6 people.

Can I change the itinerary or times?

Yes. It's your private tour and the itinerary is a suggestion: you can change the order, leave later or stay longer at a place. Visits end by 5:00 PM at the latest; extra time starts at $300 MXN and we agree on it beforehand.

Can children come?

Yes, always with a responsible adult. We don't have baby or child car seats: if you need one, please bring your own.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Tell us what kind of pet and its size when you book. Note: some places don't allow pets.

How do I pay?

In cash or by bank transfer; if you prefer another method, ask us. We may ask for a small deposit to hold your date, and we send you a receipt for your payment.

What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, we refund your full deposit. If we cancel because of bad weather or another reason, we offer you another date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

What language is the tour in?

Spanish. Your host doesn't speak English.
